Shipping
We currently ship within the United States including Hawaii.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Please note:

- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout — we are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of skincare products, we accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@oianaliving.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
All sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
